Milk Tea a.k.a. Nai Cha
Noel (my husband) brought Nai Cha yesterday. We tried it first at Chowking, but it doesn’t agree with our taste buds. I didn’t even finished drinking the whole glass, since I feel like (excuse me…) vomiting.
Not until his officemates told him that there is a new store near in their office which sell Nai Cha the store is called “Tea Blends”, and they said that it so delicious, curious as he was, he tried to buy one. And it’s true, the tea there is so good I can’t even share the tall glass with him. It’s so smooth and creamy, I also loved the pearl sago in it. It was popularized first in Hong Kong, it is a black tea sweetened with evaporated milk and usually a part of afternoon meal. They like it hot, I like it cold.
I recommend this beverage to all my readers, although for me, the taste depends on the one who are preparing it.
