my Ren loves vegetables!
Who said kids doesn’t like vegetables? Maybe most kids are, but my son is different, he loves it! (thanks God!). How did we make him eat vegetables or anything on the table you may ask? It is because, we only cook one viand every meal and that he has no choice or either of us to be picky eater.
Just like today, our dinner is a mixture of Brocolli (P35), green peppers (P5), sayote (P5), baby corn (P10) with ground pork (P20). We just sauteed it with onion (P5), garlic (P1) and tomato (P5) and viola! An affordable and healthy dish for the family. The total cost of this scrumptious dish is only P86.00.

wow buti pa ang kids mo loves to eat veggies.. ako lahat sila (3) ayaw or never nakain nun.. e mahilig naman ako kumain ng gulay i dont know why bat sila ayaw nila ng lasa nun..

Mga kids ko kahit n kumakain ako gulay nde sila mahilig pero ing BUNso ko medyp gusto nya ng gulay wag lang syang susumpungin at gaya gaya sa ate π
salamat sa dalaw sis. I try mo mnsan ang BRAZILIAn kahit once lang ehhehe…d naman ganu kasakit kaya naman :))

buti pa si renz, love to eat veggy kami ni icko ko nag aaway pa at si patatas lang ang kilala nya..
