Akrotiri Restaurant in Commerce Center Alabang

I barely attend blogging events after 4 o’clock in the afternoon especially on a payday Friday. But when a new restaurant that is quite near my place have just opened and I received an invite, it’s hard for me to say no because I’m such a foodie. I thought that it would be nice to be one of the first to taste their offerings.

Akrotiri Modern Eurasian Cuisine is located at Commerce Center in Alabang. It’s near Parque Espana hotel and besides Acacia Hotel.

Akrotiri’s offerings reflect the Meditterranean classics, mainly Greek and other European influences.

Akrotiri’s menu is co-conceptualized by Chef Luca Maffei. An Italian chef with intricate taste to flavours and fusion.

My co-bloggers and I enjoyed the mouth watering dishes and drinks served to us that night.

Watermelon Salad, feta cheese, lettuce, walnuts, balsamic dressing P350

Quinoa with cucumber, corn, carrot, ginger, cabbage, chives, lemon dressing P350

Hokkaido Smoked Salmon sandwich with spinach, yoghurt, honey and dill

Grilled Squid stuffed with feta foam and black ink risotto P550

Seafood tagliatelle clams, mussels, prawns, squid, tomatoes P600 (add lobster P1000)

Angus tenderlion with a spiced crust, hibiscus dressing and vegetables P1600

Wagyu skirt steak with spicy chili jam, roasted vegetables, paprika alioli P900

Eurasian sour soup and souvlaki skewers P350

Grilled prawns in tamarind dressing and greens P600

Grilled Salmon fillet with tzatzki-wasabi dressing snd fried rice P600

Tuna Tataki with Indian crust, lemon soya dressing, wasabi alioli, baby vegetables P550

Rustic Chicken Teriyaki with crisp salad, oven potatoes, curry mayo P500

After filling our stomach, we had cocktails and partied… wooohoooo!!!
