A mother’s journey to staying fit and healthy Part 3
Here I am again to share with you my journey on staying fit and healthy (Read Part1 and Part2 if you missed it).
What I learned from research to lose more:
- Never skip breakfast.
- Use smaller plates
- Choose low calorie food
- Add Protein to your diet
- Keep Moving
Our current location helps me to move more because the main gate is quite far and that you need to pay P12.00 to go out from the subdivision. To save from transportation fare, I walk from the house to the main gate. Now I love doing it. It takes me 30 minutes to do it back and forth and I hope to lessen that time as it goes by.
Every morning I swear to drink C-Lium Fiber 30 minutes before breakfast. Adding fiber to your meal will make you feel fuller and it helps flush down fats from your body. I usually eat 1 piece of sunny side up egg plus pandesal for breakfast. And I noticed that eating small amount every 3-4 hours makes me not crave for fatty and sweet foods the whole day.
At www.clium.com.ph you can compute for the Calories of your food you intake.
If I can’t go out to have a walk, I make sure I keep on moving. I noticed that my knees and legs are stronger now. Next week, I together with other bloggers who are into this challenge will join Art Cortez and Angela Lupangco for a CrossFit Exercise.
Oh how I wish to post a picture like this soon

Wow, is that for real… I should start walking from our house to the main road. I wonder how many minutes would it take me. The tryke her costs us Php 33.00 per trip… where can I get C-Lium and how much? 😀
