My first Sony experience is with my Sony Discman
Discmans are a thing of the past.
Maybe for others, but I still think my old discman could still take on those nifty compact counterparts anytime.
I would be sarcastic if I had said that I hadn’t jumped in the bandwagon. Yes, I do own an mp3 player myself. I don’t know about you guys, but my experiences with mine was not quite good. Along with several occurrence of viruses when plugging it in public cafes and the likes, it gave up on me in within just a few months. Poor little thing!
This little baby has quite a sentimental value for me because it was the very first thing that I bought for myself when I had my first salary. Well worth it because I really love listening to music and it really helps me relax after a hard day at work.
Did I mention that I got tons of CDs in my collection? Mind you that this discman had played all of them not only once or thrice but dozens of times already. And it is still fully working as of this day! Now that’s what I call “high performance”!
Yes, I know that I could easily sell it to Ebay for a rather cheap price and just use the money to buy a second hand MP3 player but I think I’ll just hang on to it and enjoy the quality of music it gives me.
In this time and age of mp3 players and music capable cellphones, It’s good to know that I could still rely on my trusty Sony discman.
It definitely gave significance in my life just like the Sonyβs Worldβs First Noise-Cancelling headphone, which really complements my good old discman, giving me endless hours of music bliss.
