Introducing Downy Scent Switchers

Okay back to the regular program.
Last week, yours truly was invited to the launching of the new Downy Parfum Collection called Downy Scent Switcher. This was my first time to hear such thing as a “scent switcher”.
It is a breakthrough technology in fabric enhancer that allows us to experience a myriad of scents with every rub of our clothes washed with these Downy Parfum.
P & G expert perfumer Mr. Junji Hamano was the one who introduced this new Technology in Downy’s Parfum Collection.
There are 4 variants included in the collection.
- Happiness– (the color yellow) it brings a playful and breezy vibe with the freshness of fruits, creamy floral mix and sophisticated frame of woody, powdery and musky notes. This variant is what they gave us after the press launch.
- Innocence– mesmerizes the senses with its charming combination of raspberries, fresh flowers and rich and precious amber.
- Passion– delights the senses with the fruity, sweet fragrance of apple blossom, freesia and vanilla.
- Mystique– evokes oriental, spicy and floral mix of grapefruit, delicate floral scents and aromatic spices.
Ms. Nicole Villarojo (Downy brand manager), explained the technology behind this new Downy Collection. She said that two different scents in advanced, touch-activated perfume microcapsules were added on top of the existing Downy perfume oils. This produces a diverse fabric perfume experience, because every time you rub the same portion of your clothes, you enjoy a switch in it’s scent, she added.
That’s amazing right?!
At the event, they also introduced the new ambassador of Downy – Ms. Bianca Gonzalez.
Downy scent switcher enables everyone to #instaswitch scents when they want to.
These Downy Parfum Colletions are now available in leading supermarkets nationwide.

My 6 and 11 year old child have bewn using mystique,innocent, passion and passioj and they really like all of there smell. One time there clothes hasnt been wash for 2 days but the scent is still there. They have been using Downy for 4 years with the scent Sunrise Fresh and Antibac. They do love them.
Downy is the best
I have tried the yellow variant happiness, my kids love the smell even with those pawis days
they still smell fresh . Downy has a great idea with the scent switcher.
I would love to try this new scent of downy!
