Jolly Cow Fresh Milk “My Dream Job in a Glass of Milk” Campaign

A few weeks ago, I was at the Grocery store when I stumbled upon the Fresh Milk section.  I have noticed that there are lots of fresh milks that are available in the market and they are giving me a  hard time in choosing what is the best one for my son. I am looking for good quality and also the best value for my money.

I am glad that Fly Ace (the distributor of Jolly Canola Oil and Dona Elena Olive Oil among others) together with Nuffnang have invited me to attend an event wherein a new brand of milk was being introduced – JOLLY COW Fresh Milk.

When they gave us some samples to try, I decided to include it in my son’s snack box.  The little boy likes the creaminess of this milk and the white mustache that he get after every drink.

Here are some interesting facts about Jolly Cow Fresh Milk:

• It is 100% pure cow’s milk exclusively from grass-fed cows
• It is more delicious due to its higher butterfat content (minimum 3.5%), which makes it creamier.

In regards to this, Jolly Cow Fresh milk have launched an advocacy campaign entitled “My Dream Job in a Glass of Milk” Campaign.  The objective of this campaign is to educate kids the importance of drinking milk everyday, for them to be able to achieve their dream.  To promote proper nutrition that will help them become successful and to teach children the value of recycling.

We were asked to join the Jolly Cow Fresh Milk team while they were going to introduce the milk and the campaign to Grade 1 and 2 students of Angelicum College in Quezon City.

The event was made more interesting with the presence of Mr. Wanlu.  Who by the way is one of the “hall of famer” of Talentadong Pinoy of TV5.  He is also a renowned ventriloquist and puppeteer and best known for his funny antics. This was the reason why the kids were very attentive during the show.

He had taught the kids the advantage of having a glass of milk everyday is to avoid calcium deficiency.  He also explained to them the various kinds of puppets: soft, marionette, human and hard puppets,  see I was also listening too hahaha!

He also taught the kids how to make their own puppet using socks, some rubber bands and a pen.  Look, the kids really had so much fun!

After the very fun and informative show, the Jolly Cow Fresh Milk team gave the kids their personalized “Dream glass of milk” tumblers with some fresh milk inside.  The kids loved it 🙂

And it doesn’t end there, the kids were also given 1pc (1L) of Jolly Cow Fresh Milk inside a very cute and colorful Tote bag.

The Jolly Cow Team have already visited 2 schools prior to Angelicum. Besides the Importance of milk campaign, they also have an on going recycling contest. Among the schools that they have visited, the one that will have the most number of recycled Jolly Cow Fresh Milk Tetra Packs will win a trip to the Mind Museum sponsored by them.

The Jolly Cow Fresh Milk Tetra Packs that the schools will be collecting will be donated by Jolly Cow to the Tetra Pak Corp which will then be recycled into new papers. This is awesome isn’t it?
