It’s time to withdraw some money from paypal
Public Service: The dollar rate today (May 26, 2010) is $1= 45.86 Philippine Peso. To those who always check the dollar rate in Paypal, you might agree with me that the rate is high today. So, I think this is the best time to withdraw some of your hard earned money in Paypal. If you will not use it, you have a choice to keep it in the bank or you can lend it to me (hehehe! just kidding).
what ever happens in life we should always remember to live life to the fullest

I don’t know if you can withdraw funds from paypal even without verifying through credit card, but what I did was verified it and after wards paypal will debit 2$ (I’m not sure of the amount) but they will refund it as soon as the account is verified. On your next billing statement you will see a paypal code and this is the code you will use to verify your account. Pag wala ka credit card try mo mag apply ng Unionbank EON check this site for more details: http://www.theladyprogrammer.com/how-to-verify-philippines-paypal-account-using-unionbank-eon/
