What is the best time of the day to Exercise?
When I was still working, I always do my routine brisk walk twice a day: before I go to work and after office hours. I walk at least 500-1,000 steps a day, I love it because I get to pass by Luneta (park) to reached the office in Intramuros Manila. The park looks great in the morning and you’ll be motivated since you can see a lot of people jogging and walking too. I even bring extra clothes in the office and sometimes takes another morning shower (yes, the office has a shower room) before starting to work. I feel great when I do it, and to add more I don’t eat pork that time. It’s just vegetables and fish. Oh! I really missed that routine.
Now that I am a stay at home mom and have to prepare everything before my son wakes up early in the morning I don’t have time to walk, jog or exercise at all. They said that household chores is like an exercise too but honestly I can’t feel the same pump in my heart when I am jogging or do the brisk walking. I am too busy in the morning to take some exercise outside, I also don’t know if it is right to do it after breakfast, since they said that you’ll have an appendicitis problem if you move after meal.
Yesterday, I brought Ren to the park (around 4PM) and thinking if this time is the best time to exercise and hopefully lose some weight.
I found this site ameliaburton, and she’s tackling about the effect of exercise in every time of the day. She said that exercise can be done anytime, but if you want to lose some weight you should do it in the morning. Here is what she said:
Best time of day for weight loss– Mornings: Training before breakfast means you have less sugar (glycogen) in your system. You will not start burning fat until you are glycogen depleted. This happens much faster when your last meal was 12hours ago. In addition, your metabolism stays boosted for up to 15 hours after you exercise, so your brekky, lunch and probably dinner are being digested faster. The calories from your meals are being burnt up by your body in recovery from training, rather than being stored in your fat cells.
What do you think guys? Can you give me some advice.
what ever happens in life we should always remember to live life to the fullest

I don’t know that it’s more effective to jog early in the morning. Well, what you’ve shared is definitely informative. Now, I have the idea on what time to do my exercise. 🙂
