Right way to eat fruits
I’ve heard a while ago that the right way to eat fruits is on an empty stomach. The reason is that the fruit is not digested in the stomach, it is digested in the small intestine. Fruit quickly passes through the stomach, then pass into the intestine, where they release their sugars. If there were meat, potatoes and starches in the stomach, the digestion of the fruits last longer, and its sugars begin to ferment.
