COCOA, the new health drink
It’s not often that a food we love turns out to love us back. Recently, researchers at Cornell University in New York, USA compared Cocoa with other beverages that are known to be high in health boosting antioxidants. Good News: Cocoa outscored red wine (with nearly twice as many of the healthful compounds) and green and black teas (with two to five times as many antioxidants). And unlike many other chocolate treats, cocoa is low-fat: A cup is less than one gram of fat (a standard-size chocolate bar packs about eight grams). Just be sure to brew with skim milk-that’s how the Cornell researchers drank theirs.what ever happens in life we should always remember to live life to the fullest!
