Food You’ve got to try: California Maki

I love California Maki. I crave everyday for this, I would like to try to make one but I’m afraid to do it by myself, since I’m not a good cook. I love the Masago (the orange eggs) so much. Whenever me and my husband dine out in some fancy Japanese restaurant we always order for this as our side dish. There are times that I even take-out some. I don’t like to dip it in wasabi but my husband on the other hand, loves it. If you want to try it here’s a video I’ve got from You Tube.
