Toxic Week

I am so stressed this week. Ren will be the first to do his Science Expo report on Monday because we will be out of the country next week (which is the original schedule of the class report). I don’t like to do it after our trip because I don’t want to think of it while we’re having a vacation. We only have Saturday and Sunday to prepare.

The Grade school final exams for the first quarter is scheduled this week also starting Wednesday. In his school, their final exam per subject usually consists of 70 items and up. There are a lot of topics to review and I don’t have enough time to make a reviewer.

We’re having a house renovation (gate and kitchen), and up to now they are not done yet. They’re doing the tiles and I have noticed that they’re not that good with tiles compared to other stuff. Nakaka stress kasi ang mahal ng tiles, no?

Luckily, I have a husband behind my back. He is the one who helped Ren in doing his props for his report. He also helps me in reviewing Ren for the final exams. And most importantly, he cheers me up when I’m down with what happened to some of our tiles for the kitchen. He said that what’s important is that we have a usable kitchen and that we can just buy new tile pieces and let them put it again. He explained to me that we have saved from not buying a full granite tabletop so it’s okay to buy a few more because we have saved at least 70% from it already.

He also bought me a gallon of ice cream to cheer me up, swerte ko naman talaga!
