Hanns Insect Trap Review

A good night sleep is so important to me and my boys. That’s why I’m doing my best to make our bedroom comfy. I make sure to change the bed sheets frequently, clean the room and spray relaxing scents. It’s even a rule not to use any gadgets inside our room.

BUT, one of the problems that stresses us is whenever we turn off the lights there are mosquitoes feasting on our bodies. It’s soooo irritating, I can’t peacefully sleep because of their bites, ang kati kati, nakakainis!

During the old times, we are used in putting mosquito nets before going to bed, or using “katol” or mosquito coil to shooo the mosquitoes away. We even use insect spray to kill mosquitoes and other insects, which is irritating to the nose and harmful to our health. If you have kids at the house, this is not advisable to do.

What’s nice now is that there are insect repellent that we could use, but unfortunately these too just shoo the mosquitoes away from you but do not kill them at all.

I’m glad that I received this Hanns Insect Trap a few days ago.

I tried it for a couple of weeks to check if it’s effective and ohhh boy I’m so happy with the results. I can see dead mosquitoes inside it and around it every day.

Instead of a lamp, we now use this every night. Don’t worry because it doesn’t consume a lot of energy and it can cover up to 60 square meters.

How It Works:

The Hanns Insect Trap uses a UV Lamp that produces 360-400nm light to attract insects.
Once mosquitoes or other insects enter the unit, the fan will draw the insects into the trap.
The insects trapped in the storage box will eventually weaken due to dehydration.
