Flair Bartending Competition at Metro Supermarket Market Market

This year Metro Stores once again hosted a Flair Bartending competition at the Supermarket area of their Market Market branch. Schools near the area have sent their representatives to compete.

Flair bartending is the art of preparing drinks while doing a variety of spectacular stunts like bottle-balancing, juggling, flips and more.

If you’re one the audience this looks easy and fun. But if you will look closely, I think it’s so hard to do.  You need to master hand and eye coordination and follow the beat of the music to make the action perfect.

Since the contestants are still students, there are some spills and misses during the competition but this is a nice experience for them to improve their craft and learn from their mistakes.  I believe that they will learn to perfect the routine as time goes by. Kudos to them for having the courage to join competitions like this.
