Yakult Light for a lighter you!
I was with my son the other day buying some items in a grocery store for his baon. I passed by the dairy sections and I saw this blue shiny rectangle package that seems to be reaching to me and just yelling to pick it up.
I am easy to talk to so I gave in and put it immediately in my basket. I am talking about the YAKULT LIGHT.
When I arrived at the house, I immediately took a picture first and then opened it. I wanted to know what it taste like.
I had a sip… but a sip is not enough… actually 1 bottle is not enough so I had two. But I was surprised that the taste is not so different from the red variant. It’s absolutely the same.
The good news is that it has lower calories than the red one.
I always buy Yakult and it is one of my recommended drink to increase my family’s defense against bad bacteria. Yakult also promotes better digestion and improves bowel movement. Yakult is also recommended for women who have yeast infection or discharge. Some even use it as a feminine wash (read about it here)
The Yakult Light is more expensive by P10 per pack compared to the red one. Go check the nearest store in your area and try one.

My husband and son buy Yakult in a nearby store every afternoon. I am happy to say that Yakult has made my son is ZERO from deworming.
But, I have no idea that Yakult has a new product. It is good for us. Also, I am surprised to know that Yakult is beneficial to use as feminine wash. My my! I am glad I joined your giveaway and read related posts. I learned today.
