marami mommy, you can check St.Michael (though di ko pa ito nabibisita). Malapit din ang Statefields. I’m not sure lang regarding transfer kung tatangap sila ng 2nd or 3rd quarter na ng school year.
Hi Ms. Levy, i came across your post and find the topic very interesting and helpful esp now that were sourcing for a school sa 3yr old ko. But ma’am may I know if a school needs to be accredited by deped pra masabi pong legit ito? I checked po kasi with ACDC in District Imus and they said private sila kaya hindi need ng accreditation? Only public schools lng daw as per the person I spoke to personally. I think she’s one of the teachers. Im worried lng po kasi bka hindi iacknowledge or irecognize yung ipinasok

as far as I know mas kailangan nga ng accreditation ng DEPED for private schools kesa sa public (since public is government na). Hindi pwedeng hindi sila accredited kasi hindi machi check kung tama yung tinuturo at ginagawa nila. Mahaba ang process nyan at madami sila need isubmit.

mommy, depende din talaga ang school sa bata. I cannot recommend dahil walang perfect school. Observe mo na lang kung okay ba sa kanya big school or not. Ang advantage kasi ng big school masasanay na sya at tuloy tuloy na hanggang HS. Sa small school kasi, although matutukan nga sila pero di sya masasanay na madaming classmates at minsan hanggang Grade6 lang.
Mommy Levy, ask ko po sana kung saang school ang recommended niyo for grade 8 transferee. I know it’s late pero for some circumstances my son has to relocate in Bacoor. Kung anong private school po ba ang magstart palang ng school or kastart ng school? And how much po range ng tuition. Sorry po and I will really appreciate your reply.
Academia de Julia Victoria in Buhay na Tubig Imus and International British Academy in Imus will start this August pa lang.

I don’t know which is the best school because it depends on the students and your “criteria” of what is best. You could check out Divine Light Academy or Statefields. They are both big schools. For preschool, you might want to check out Creative Education for Life Learning at Bahayang Pag Asa. It’s a small school and progressive approach of teaching.

Yun po sanang English-oriented school lalo na po at galing itong anak ko sa Philippine International English School-Kuwait. Medyo nag aadjust la po kasi sya sa Filipino languagr at syempre ayoko rin po na ma bully lalo na at hirap siya mag tagalog. We live near SM Molino.

check International British Academy near District Imus. Statefield is near your area too ( I heard both good and bad review of this school though). Or if you want to try a small class size progressive school then try Creative Education for Life Learning at Pag Asa. Also check Westhill International SChool in Salawag too.

For all mothers out there I would like to just let you know to never enrol your kids at Holy Blessing Montessori Salitran. They may have the cheapest tuition fee in all cavite BUT you will have issues about your kid’s wellfare. Issues about their teachers’ incompetency in dealing with kids behaviors. My kids have bad experiences with how they were treated and when you escalate they will point the blame on your kids and you will be reminded of your account balance right away. By the way, they dont like you going to the principal right away because they claim that the principal should only deal with life and death situation which defeats the purpose of escalation.

mommy, ang mahal po talaga ng special school to give you an idea price ranges from 80K above. You can try social group muna sa therapy center then if ready na sya you can try small group classroom.

Hi Mommy Levy. So far what’s the best preschool for you nearby springville area. We currently reside in Ponticelli Hills. My 2nd son is about to start schooling next sch yr. Im not familiar still with schools here in molino tho we’ve been staying for 3 yrs. My 1st son (gr4) is studying in alabang and i dont prefer my 2nd to study there (too far). Also when is the best time to inquire in schools? I might not do it during summer vacation. Thanks for your time.
For me, January is the earliest time to inquire and look around. There are a lot of schools inside Springville. It’s been 5 years since I last visited those schools. It is still better to check them for yourself. The St.John Fisher has a new building and I like their uniform too. Some of my neighbor’s kids study at Montessori (the one near Meadows gate). I think it’s better to check the school of your neighbor’s kid too. There is an access to Divine Light Academy there also.

Baka meron kang idea na school malapit sa Lancaster aside from St Edward. We are migrating next year sa lancaster and I’m currently looking other schools near lancaster, private or public so I have choice. Currently kasi nag aaral ang anak as grade 1 student sa isang christian School sa Manila at may bible study (Christian Living) sila as part ng curriculum. Gusto ko rin sana may bible study.

Senior High? I’m not sure sa affordable na criteria pero you can check Cavite School of Life, St.Dominic or even STI. Hindi pa ba nya kaya i-defend sarili nya from bullies? Mommy, you need to teach him/her to be tough and handle people who will try to bully your child. He/She should know by now how to handle those people, hindi kasi yan maiiwasan. Kahit sa work may mga bullies. We can’t always be there for them 🙁

For Preschool, I prefer CELL Creative Education for Life Learning. Pero for elementary years, I prefer Cavite School of Life or Divine Light Academy.
Mam levy my two kids are enrolled in CSOL last year but after my phone was stollen in front of csol dasma while crossing the high way infront of 7 -11 going to csol since my youngest having summer class I am now always worried about the safety of the place.I’m planning to transfer them at Statefields school inc.but Im thinking twice because I haven’t tried this school.could you give me a piece of advice.okay naman kc turo sana sa csol at di masyado madami students compare sa statefields na umaabot mg 39 per class kc 32 to 35 lang ang csol.pls.give me feedback about SSI versus CSOL dasma
I heard some negative reviews about SSI (bullying) and nothing about CSOL. Maraming masamang loob everywhere, kahit siguro magtransfer kayo sa SSI baka ganun din mangyari sa labas. Ask around muna po.

Don’t enroll your kid at acdc…nananakit ang mga teachers jan! Chaka mga walang kwenta mag alaga ng bata…kung mahal nyo anak nyo wag nyo ipasok jan. Di nyo sila kita sa labas…wala din maganda feedback yan dito lalo na branch sa may salawag. Terrible!!!

I don’t think they will hurt students. Yung anak ko gustong gusto sa acdc. Ayaw pumasok sa ibang school kaya balik ulit kami sa acdc. She now knows to read a story with comprehension and marunong na din magsulat. Understanding mga teachers nila and mababait

na assess ba sya ng Developmental Pediatrician? Kasi pag na assess sya sa Occupational therapist ka niya iri recommend muna bago mag school. Hindi makakatulong ang Kumon sa kanya.

Good day Mommy Levy! My daughter will be in Grade 4 this coming school year 2017-2018, She studied in Saudi Arabia since Grade 1. Their school is purely traditional, the curriculum is also based on Philippine curriculum. This year, we are planning to transfer her to another school somewhere just within the vicinity of Imus Cavite since we are living in that area. I’m not familiar with Casa Real Montessori. You can check Academia de Julia Victoria or Thomas Aquinas in Buhay na Tubig or International British Academy near District Imus mall. I heard good feedback with Elizabeth Seton but they are also traditional. I haven’t been to this school yet also.

You can check QALC (Queen of Angels Learning Center) along Buhay na Tubig. They have around 10 students. For lower years, mas maganda rin kasi kung konti lng ang students para matutukan ng mga teachers ang mga kids. Maganda at advance din ang turo nila. Mababait ang teachers as well as the students. Most probabaly their Tuition ranges around 20K, but im not really sure.
My daughter just graduated from grade 6 but I am planning to transfer her to a bigger school. Gusto ko naman syang iexpose sa larger group of students since 11 lang sila sa loob ng classroom nila.

I haven’t been to Graceland Academy. The only problem I have with CSOL is their building but nevertheless they look like a nice school.
My children was enrolled at graceland last school year 2015-2016 my eldest started from grades 1 to 4 while my youngest took his kindergarteen there.In terms of discipline the owner/directress of the school dr.aragones manage it well.every kids are well discipline and english speaking coz they are required every pupil to use english in communicating with their classmates and teachers.the only problem I encountered is its very hot in their lobby area while waiting for morning classes the afternoon pupils waited in non airconditioned lobby which makes them sweat with their uniform with blazer then when then the morning classes dismissed thats the only time they could come inside the airconditioned room which is not good for kids.they have to bring extra clothes to change.the books are expensive compared to books of statefield and CSOL.and computers are not used by individual students even it is being paid monthly.The tuition fees and misc.30 to 40 k. the schedule of classes is half day only from grade 1 to 6. At CSOL the classes is from 7:30 to 3:00 PM for primary and 7:20 to 4:20 for intermediate.the lessons are advance compared to other schools.the facilities are good and the faculty are proficient and effiecient.the tuition fees of CSOL in Primary is higher than statefiels which is 56,000 whike statefields is 52,000 but in intermediate the tuition fees in statefield is 64,175 for grade 6 which is higher than CSOL 48,822.statefields

Non Traditional teaching method, no assignments,projects should be done at the schools,books and educational laptops pinapahiram ng school,napakahigpit lang nila dahil once masira ung gamit,mateterminate ang students. Napaka Well-disciplined ng mga students at English policy po sila sa campus. Too sad wala lang sila for Pre-schools, Grade 7-12 lang po. Tuition fee is around 30k…Sa Bank at Bayad Centers lang payment..By Ayala-Pearson po yung school kaya iba ang method nila compare sa other schools.

any idea sa The Palmridge School citta italia and Statesfield school we are planning to go home this coming april from Qatar. my son will be in 3rd grade this coming school year. he is very shy, and he cannot speak tagalog fluently, and lack of exposure para na syang introvert , that is why we decided to continue his schooling in Philippines. we have house inside citta italia that is one good factor of palmridge because it is near to our house but i need to know the quality of teaching and facilities. Just want to share my thoughts.
To all parents looking for a school at Buhay na Tubig, I recommend The Thomas Aquinas Institute.
I have transferred my kids to this school. I have seen them excel academically and in their extra-curricular activities. They became more sociable and like to interact with their classmates/schoolmates and even with teachers, they were very shy before. They strongly encourage the students to speak in English which will surely help them in the future.
They have this school ID system where the main contact of the student in the registration will receive an SMS if the student has entered the school and the same after classes, student just need to tap his/her ID. Security is very important so this is quite helpful, at least you’d know your child will not do “bulakbol” as you know his/her whereabouts – guards are very strict, they won’t allow students to leave school without the parents or fetchers. And this ID has another use, students can load money where they can use as payment at the canteen (minimum PhP50) – this means cashless especially for little ones. The same thing, students only need to tap ID at the cashier.
It’s still depends on every parent as to where you’d like to enroll your kids. As for me, I am more grateful to see my kids enjoying school, see them excel and safe at school.

My son studied at St.John Fisher School Dasma (in-front of District Dasma) when he was grade in 2 but the traffic is really annoying, since we live near SM molino, along daang hari. From then we persuaded him to transfer to DLA, as I know it is one of the best school near our area. He does not want to shift school, I just thought that he still not ready to go to Big school, from then I convinced him. He is now in Grade 5, BUT again, I’m planning to transfer him to nearby school this A.Y. kasi ang trapik din talaga going to DLA but that is not the main reason in looking for another school. My son seems not really happy and my idea of relocating him affects his academic interest. anyway he is still an achiever though but the happiness and interest in his eyes vanished and I can no longer feel it anymore. I think he needs new environment. I’m now searching again, come around and found your blog mommy levy. We will visit St.John Camella (nearer and traffic much lesser) Hope he will like the milieu so that he can concentrate and find bliss again. Yun naman ang isa sa importante, Yung enjoyment and interest ng bata sa pag aaral 🙂

Me too sis, eyeing for st. John fisher (camella) may nakita rin ako sa meadows Benedictine School of cavite as option, incoming grade 3 pa lang daughter ko ayaw nya pa sa bigger school.
I’ve been at St.John fisher (camella) yesterday. renovated na pala yung school, improving na rin facilities nila infairness, They will change their uniform this coming school year daw. Tuition fee for Grade 6 will be more or less 40K including books, (no uniform fee yet). At DLA my son tuition fee for Grade 5 is 54,430.00 kasi nag less ng 500 dahil fully paid at less ng 350 for handbook, uniform not included. I will bring my son to St.John once he is available so that he can see the surroundings, Then I will let him choose if he want to transfer or stay at DLA. Derecho sana kami ng hubby ko to St.Jerome Emmilliani, kaso I decided not too kasi sobrang traffic. Dati naman hindi pa ganun katrapik dun kaya nga nag DLA kmi, but nowadays, stressful and awful na talaga ang traffic dun. Good day mommies.

Hi! I suggest po Junior Explorers Play School Inc in Andrea Village 1 along Aguinaldo Highway. Malapit po sya sa SM Bacoor. It offers pre-school only. It’s a small school but it’s good kc for young kids na d mabigla sa big schools. And progressive method po yung turo nila. The teachers are excellent.

It depends on your budget and requirement. Statefields is a big school with at least 30 students per class plus the tuition fee is quiet expensive. DLA focuses more on academics and the location is quite far. The St.Thomas More is more affordable. I suggest, visit the school with your kids so that you can check them.

small class size, you can check Creative Education for Life Learning in front of Savemore at Pag Asa or SV Montessori (mas mura).

best school depends on your criteria. There’s no best/perfect school talaga. Parang hiyangan lang yan talaga. I suggest that you tour around the area, visit every school and list down their pros and cons hanggang makita mo ano pinakamadaming check sa list mo 🙂
Sharing our experience with Divine Light Academy Molino
-very high academic standards w/c is at par with science HS
-for students that are not able to catch up with their fast paced curriculum, they have after class remedial sessions for acad subjects
-from what i’ve observed they have very behaved students
-my son learned to read at 3yrs old
-classrooms are clean and tidy.
-for preschoolers they have 2 teachers and 1 assistant for a class of 25students
-the school seems concerned about their student’s health and welfare
-tuition fee is around the same compared with scol,statefields,la salle dasma(HS)
Cons:
-I dont think they have reasonable tuition fee. You pay gym fee every year but does not provide basic gym equipment to students such as balls and hoolahoops.they ask students to bring their own each time. You pay for student handbook yearly for each student yet is states that you only get 1 handbook per family once in you whole stay in the school.
-the school is within a subd and traffic in molino 3 area is so bad.
-Village sticker costs 500 yearly. P10 per entry if you dont have a sticker.
-we live in molino 4 and they charge 2300 a month for school service.it’s quite expensive if you have 2 students going there
-my eldest transferred in DLA on her 4th grade.she’s now in grade6.she was from quezon province.academic standard is just the same as her previous school but with only 35k tuition. But mommy levy is right we only get few choices in this part of cavite.

My daughter started in DLA (Nursery) and is now in Grade 1. Quality of education, as far as preschool is concerned (kasi yun pa lang naman ang natapos namin), is very good. Yes they are focused on academics, pero preschool in DLA is fun pa din naman. Hindi nga lang siguro kasing-dami or kasing-bongga ng activities sa ibang school, but the teachers naman find a way to make their time in school fun pa din. 🙂
I do have to agree with sis Xlycan, they need to improve their facilities para makasabay sa ibang schools. They need to upgrade talaga. Namamahalan ako sa school service mo sis, kasi we live near Kalinisan na (going to Zapote), sobrang mas malayo pa sa Molino, and our school service only charges us 1500 – two-way.
I actually like that the school is in a subdivision, away from the main road traffic.
I personally wouldn’t say na ‘limited’ ang choices here in Bacoor, marami na nga actually compared to say a decade ago. Most big subdivisions already have at least one school. Ang kakaunti though are yung mga authentic progressive schools. 🙂 May kakilala kaming graduate ng DLA na lumipat ng Philippine Science, she’s still in Philippine Science’s honors list so I’m guessing DLA’s students are competitive din talaga.

Mommy levy I’m planning to transfer my kids at Cavite School of Life at salawag.I’ve heard that their standard can be compared to statefields, I visited the place and as what you’ve posted they have so many stairs that is not child friendly and they have a minimum of 35 students per classroom.Any idea about the school? Do they have complete facilities?

Academic grades also affected. He is an achiever mommy levy but I want him to enjoy schooling, maybe he needs new environment. I don’t know yet but still talking with him if want to switch school. Hi mommy, if the name and reputation of the school really matters to you then go for it. DLA kasi ay masyado mataas ang percentage ng academics nila. Example from what I heard lang, for 10 questions sa quiz, you should get 7 out of 10 para pumasa. So, if gusto mo na gumaling sa academics anak mo then maybe this school is the right one for you.

I would highly recomment divine light academy since i’m a graduate of that school.i don’t know about their facilities since wala pa namang aircon nung time namin (i remember sa mga office lang ata meron,sa classrooms wala) and hanggang elementary palang ang ino-offer nila but a year before i graduated nagbukas yung sa molino branch where they offer high school (wala sa las pinas,where i reside).but definitely maganda ang turo duon.medyo pricey but you cannot question the quality of education that the school offers.
Hi there!Try to make a commentary about the Thomas Aquinas Institute of Learning. It is located in Buhay na Tubig, Imus City, Cavite, just beside Citta Italia. Kind-a expensive there, most rooms has CCTV, all rooms has Smart TV and they are kind-a competitive. I heard as well they have a sophisticated photography club for grades 5 to 10.
The Thomas Aquinas Photography club is known as TAPJC (Thomas Aquinas Institute of Learning) and this club has a true and sophisticated photography approach.

Just want to know your opinion all experienced mommies here, which is better divine light or statefields. I know statefields is implementing an english only campaign which i want as my daughter speaks in english but pure filo, learning tagalog is a must of course but i want her to have a strong foundation in english. On the other hand i am also vouching for divine light as they are focusing in academics.. quite confused here… help! Hahaha

Are the teachers in Divine Light not speaking in English if the subjects are Science or Math? I am not against Statefields but I prefer Divine Light based on the feedback that I got.
Hi Mommy Levy, thanks for your blog, its very informative and helpful. We’re moving to cavite this march ang looking for school for my 7yrs old son. Traditional school is okay with me as long as there are only few of them per room. By the way, we will transfer in lancaster. Based on you blog, ive got interested in CELL, parang malayo lang sya from us. Do you have any feesback re St Edward Integrated School. My son pala has mild AdHD but was advised by his Doc to enroll in regular school. He’s been under OT. Academically, he is doing good and was always included in the Achievers List. Any suggestion for school will be very much appreciated. More power and God Bless.
Hi Ysa, I haven’t visited St. Edward yet. I think there is a student from Lancaster enrolled at CELL. Check the school first and then decide 🙂
Been to CELL but sad to know they only offer until G-3. My son is going G-4. 🙁

Oh I forgot to post about it. Cavite School Of Life’s tuition fee is quite expensive for me. I also don’t like the design of the building. Pababa kasi yung rooms, ang dulas ng tiles tapos ang daming hagdanan. Hindi sya child friendly for me.

My husband and I are planning to relocate to Molino 4, Cavite from the States next year. We have 3 kids and we are looking for schools for them. They do not speak Tagalog as they were born in the States. They are dual citizens – they hold both Filipino and American passports. The eldest child will be in third years of high school, the second will be in second year of high school, and the third will be in the last year of elementary school. My son started in nursery at Cavite School of Life (CSOL) he is in grade 1 now. I’ve been comparing tuition Fees from other school but as I weigh it out the tuition fee is reasonable and I am very content of their teachings and the facilities are awesome.
I transferred my son in Cavite School of Life (CSOL) Bacoor, Cavite when he was in Kinder 1 and now he is Grade 2 of said school. So far I have no regret in paying high tuition fee inasmuch as my son learning foundation is addressed. I am particular on child creativity, initiative and his motor skills ability both intellectual and physical and I saw it with my son the way he interact with other kids.

Where are you coming from?
From Molino Road intersection turn right going to Zapote. Keep going straight (you will pass by wood state subd, perpetual help, emilu’s supermarket) until you see a 711 and Shell gas station. Turn left. That is Bahayang Pagasa.
From Shell gas station, you will turn right on the sixth street on your right. That 6th street is Fullon St. The landmark is Sheepgate Realty ofc at the corner or the SM Supermarket at the left. The CELL campus is right next to the Sheepgate ofc.
We have just transferred here in Molino and was also searching for pre-schools.

I think it depends on the school. Usually its about 2-3 hours per day
Mommy try to visit St. Dominic College of Asia. Rooms are spacious, air-conditioned and the ratio is 13:1 with an extra student teacher. Facilities are all nice they even have CCTV. The school is progressive and staff are friendly. I will be enrolling my son for nursery level. Tuition fee is 30k inclusive of field trip fee.
