I want to transfer our house!

Literally, if I can do it I will, including the lot of course! But since it is impossible, I just want to have a new house anywhere just not around our neighborhood.

Some of my neighbors are really irritating. One of them decided to breed dogs along our perpetual right of way and it’s really pissing me off. We have already reported them to the Department of Sanitation and they’ve given him 2 weeks to transfer all his dogs to the proper place wherein they can’t disturb other people because of continuous barking. But, I don’t know if he doesn’t know how to count the weeks from the last time he talked with the sanitation department because it’s already been 3 weeks and it seems that he is not doing anything to transfer his dogs. Or maybe he really just wants to piss us, and wants us to get mad. I really really hate this person.

Honestly, now I am not living the life that I want it to be.
I just want to have a peaceful environment. I don’t want my son to experience the noise and inordinate place that I’ve grown up. I just want a quite, coozy and clean place.

But with this kind of people to live nearby, I don’t know if it’s still possible to have it.

It’s easy to say to transfer to another place, but there are sooo many factors at stake to consider. We are living in Manila, the business capital of the Philippines. So it means, real property gets higher as time flies. If we will sell this out, maybe a year from now it’s value will double and I don’t want to regret it. It is also an inherited property from my parents in law and it is the only thing that reminds us of them (this is the no.1 issue of my husband).

As of now, I think the value of our house can range around 2 million pesos and for that amount we can choose to have a huge house in some place in Cavite or in a condominium with only 1 bedroom. Our place right now is so near in various schools and I don’t want that privilege just go away, that is why I am considering condominiums around the Metro. We all know that condos have great amenities like swimming pools and gym and hubby and I love to try it. But, the only problem I think that I will encounter in living in a condo is that I AM AFRAID of HEIGHTS and I AM ALSO AFRAID of EARTHQUAKE.

That is why I never choose to work in Makati area.

Living in places like Cavite has it’s own ups and down too. The place is a rural area, which means the transportation is hard if you don’t have your own car. It is also far from my husband’s office, but if he considers working at home then this place is perfect. Why? because since it is far from the City the place is more peaceful and quite. Also, I love the houses in rural area since you can have your own garden, oh! I love the smell of fresh flowers and leaves in the morning. It’s a perfect place to retire.
