Don’t brush after meals!
You’ve read it right, brushing after every meal is not necessary. Why? It is because the acids in many foods soften the tooth enamel, making it vulnerable to damage from brushing. So, I think the commercial of some toothpaste that tells us that we should brush our teeth after every meal is just a marketing strategy.
Based on the findings from Geouge August University, Gottingen Germany, we should wait 30 to 60 minutes after meals to brush our teeth. It is because by then, the acids will have cleared and the enamel will have re-hardened. Rinsing your mouth with water won’t make a difference either.
Yes I know, we can’t avoid brushing our teeth especially if we will have a meeting after lunch or dinner. You don’t want that the person next to you will smell the food you have just eaten, right? (it’s disgusting).
Maybe that’s an exception since I think you will not have a meeting everyday.
what ever happens in life we should always remember to live life to the fullest

Oh, now I learned something new. Ehe. Sis, regarding your question about posting odesk earnings, it’s not against any law. Just a precautionary measure for possible tax here in Phils. It’s not implemented here yet so no worries. Though, as I have said before, that would be my last post about it since I will be earning more (hopefully) and i have posted enough to prove everyone that I am earning. Moderation is the key when posting your online income. 🙂 Know which one to post and which ones to keep. Cheers.

cute cat, wish mine would brush their own LOL.
Yes, you got that right! I know of a friend who immediately brushes her teeth after every meal, while one would just brush when it’s bed time.
Anyhow, it will also spare our gums from the abuse.
Thanks for this post!
