My New Year Resolutions!
I was just browsing all my post and was looking if I made a list of new year’s resolutions last year, I found none. Well, I am not surprised because honestly I just added a personal touch to this blog February last year. Now I want to create my New Year’s resolution and hope that I can keep it until the last day of this year.
1. I gained a lot of weight after giving birth 2 years ago, that is why I want to be slim and healthy again. My current weight was 63kg; I want to reach my previous weight which is around 53 to 50 kg to have an ideal and healthy weight again. It is very hard for me to be motivated because there is no one in my family who are pushing me to do this. I don’t want to blame them for my problem because I know that I am the one responsible for myself but it really doesn’t help me at all. I know my husband doesn’t want me to feel bad about myself that is why he always says that I am still sexy, and that he doesn’t care about my looks. He said that he will love me whatever happens, but I think I really need to watch my weight NOW.
As of now, I still don’t know how to start and what kind of diet will be suited for me. But, I promise to update you all every end of the month to check if I did any progress. This is my current record:
