Pililla Windmills Farm Visit
As I have mentioned in my recent post, we were at Pililla Rizal last Good Friday until Black Saturday for their Pabasa.
While we were there, we decided to visit the newest destination near the area, the Pililla Windmills Farm.
It is located in Barangay Halayhayin in Pililla, Rizal, If you think Ilocos is quite far just to see some windmills, Pililla Rizal is more accessible to Metro Manila. It is just a few hours travel time.
The road going there is zigzag but it’s not steep or scary. I wish all zigzag roads are like that 🙂 plus you can have a nice view of Laguna Lake while going there.
Entrance to the place is free, but there is a P30.00 parking fee. Most of the guests during our visit are bikers. There are refreshments and snacks around the area that are not yet overpriced too. We had dirty ice cream and they’re yummy in fairness.
What I don’t like about the place is the walking area, ang dumi ng sapatos namin dahil ang alikabok. Maybe because of the super hot weather.
I hope they will develop the place to attract more tourist and help the locals too.
