Coach Jim Saret’s FitFil Fitness Boot Camp
I am joining Fun Runs, doing Zumba exercises and eating high fiber foods but my weight is still not noticeably changing. I think I need a total change in lifestyle and really be serious in being fit and healthy. To help me do this, I will be joining Coach Jim Saret- the trainer of the Biggest Loser Philippines and of various national sports teams on June 25 – July 27 , 2012 at FitFil Fitness Boot Camp, at The Fort.
His goal is to have 1 million Certified FIT Filipinos (FITFIL). He is recognized by media and experts alike as a top fitness coach here in the Philippines. His proven world-class fitness formula is used by elite national athletes, varsity players, celebrities, runners, swimmers, and even obese individuals.
The FitFil Fitness Boot Camp is a 12-15 sessions program running 3 times a week that will happen at the following locations:
June 25 – July 27, 2012
Monday-Wednesday-Friday (6 pm to 8 pm)
Fort Bonifacio High Street (grounds), Taguig City
May 15 to June 9, 2012
Tuesday and Thursday (6 pm to 8 pm)
Saturday (6 am to 8 am)
The Terraces, Ayala Center Cebu, Cebu City
I am excited to try TRX, boxing, yoga, pilates, circuit, P90x, and other newest workout techniques. The 15 sessions include exercise briefing, nutrition counseling provided by Nestle Wellness and fitness lectures. They will also provide games and raffle to add fun to the activity. I like that because every training day will never be boring. What makes me more excited is that the Biggest Loser Philippines former contestants Raffy, Hazel, Eric, JM, Winwin, and Leigh will also coach participants and share their experience in this 4 to 5 weeks program.
