Manila Cathedral: the place where I had my dream wedding
I heard about this church when Sharon Cuneta got married here with her former husband Gabby Concepcion. Some said that this church has a curse because almost all those who are wed here becomes separated. But still, why is it that many couples want to get married here?
I remembered we had a hard time booking here, because almost all the dates for the month of December were already booked. And yet, we went there a year before the wedding date. So, the only day available was on the twelfth of December, at Sunday around 6:00 in the evening and it was a mass wedding (meaning the church is not exclusively for the entire family and friends).Although , the good thing was the shots in the picture became livelier, because there were so many people inside the church. No chairs were vacant then. Besides, wedding in the evening is more comfortable because it’s not hot. I am not a superstitious believer so, I don’t care what the old people or even the Feng Sui experts says about getting married in the evening. And also we were married the same year that my mother in law’s death, it also known as “sukob”.
Although my wedding is not that perfect, I can still say that I had my dream wedding because I was married to the best person in the whole world and that I was married in the church that I have always dreamed off.
what ever happens in life we should always remember to live life to the fullest

Same as you mmy, I once dreamed of being married at the Manila Cathedral. I claimed it years ago that on our 10th wedding anniversary, we will have that dream wedding happen. But sad to say, and I already accepted it that it is impossible. Our 10th wedding anniversary will be next month.
