Our First Time at Propaganda Bistro in Molito Alabang
If you’re looking for a new restaurant to try in Alabang, you might want to add Propaganda Bistro at Molito Lifestyle Center to your list.
I’ve passed by this restaurant many times whenever we’re driving along Madrigal Avenue, but this was actually our first time dining here. After finally giving it a try, I can say it was a pleasant surprise.
A Colorful and Relaxing Ambiance
One of the first things you’ll notice upon entering Propaganda Bistro is its vibrant and artistic interior. The colorful mural walls immediately catch your attention, and I love how the chairs, table napkins, and overall décor complement the restaurant’s playful theme.
If you prefer dining outdoors, they also have a spacious al fresco area that’s perfect for barkadas, family gatherings, or casual dinner dates, especially in the evening when the weather is cooler.
Seasonal Specials (Available Until August 31)
During our visit, we had the opportunity to try two of their Seasonal Specials.
Chili Oil Noodles with Tempura Veggies (₱375)
Although I’m not usually a fan of spicy food, this dish surprised me. The noodles had a chewy texture that absorbed the sauce really well, while the chili oil added just enough heat without overpowering the flavors.

If you’re someone who enjoys mild spice, this is definitely worth ordering.
Wok-Fried Glass Noodles with Chicken (₱395)
Since I’m a huge fan of glass noodles, I naturally gravitated towards this dish.

Served with a sunny-side-up egg, the noodles were flavorful, satisfying, and had that delicious smoky wok flavor that made every bite enjoyable.
Between the two seasonal specials, this one was probably my personal favorite.
Family Platter Set 2 (₱590)
Since there were only three of us but we wanted to sample more items from the menu, we decided to order the Family Platter Set 2.

It includes:
- Crispy Chicken Wings
- Fried Tofu
- Fried Spring Rolls
- Salad
- Omelette Roll
This platter is a great option if you’re dining in a small group because you get to try several dishes without ordering everything individually.
Fried Sesame Sticky Rice (₱188)
My son ordered the Fried Sesame Sticky Rice, which came with a creamy sauce that had a slight spicy kick.

The sauce complemented the sticky rice well, making it a simple yet satisfying dish.
Desserts
No meal is complete without dessert.
Sticky Coconut Rice with Mango (₱268)
This dessert featured sweet ripe mangoes paired with creamy coconut sauce poured over sticky rice.

The combination was rich, comforting, and a perfect way to end our meal.
Homemade Frozen Banana and Coconut Bar (₱288)
Out of everything we ordered, this was my absolute favorite.

It was my first time trying a Frozen Banana and Coconut Bar, and I genuinely enjoyed it. The creamy coconut paired with naturally sweet banana created a refreshing dessert that’s unique and memorable.
If you’re visiting Propaganda Bistro, I highly recommend ordering this.
Final Thoughts
Overall, we had a wonderful first dining experience at Propaganda Bistro.

Aside from the beautiful interiors and relaxing ambiance, the food was enjoyable, and I appreciated having the chance to try several dishes from different parts of their menu. The Family Platter is a practical choice for groups, while their Seasonal Specials are definitely worth trying before they’re gone.
Whether you’re planning a casual lunch, a family dinner, or simply looking for a new restaurant to explore around Molito Lifestyle Center, Propaganda Bistro is worth checking out.
