Warner Bros. Studio Tour – The Making of Harry Potter Tokyo

On our 5th and last day at Tokyo (before going to Kyoto), we checked out early at our hotel and walked to Meiji Jingu Gyoen which is around 20 minutes away from our hotel. Ang ganda ng place na’to sobrang nakaka relax maglakad sa loob kasi ang tataas ng puno tapos wala masyadong tao.

After strolling and enjoying the serene area, we went to Shinjuku again to see the Godzilla head from Hotel Gracery.

We saw a KFC store and decided to have our lunch here to try their offerings that are not available in the Philippines (like this Garlic Pepper Chicken Fillet). We met Maria a Filipino crew who gave us an idea on what to order. It was so nice to meet kababayans working in Japan.

After eating, we decided to go to our next destination Warner Bros. Studio Tour – The Making of Harry Potter Tokyo

There’s no English tour so you might want to rent a audio guide for ¥1000 and just return the headset after. We on the other hand, purchased a Warner Bros. Studio Tour Souvenir Guidebook for ¥2500 so that we could bring it home.

The place is huge and you can spend 4-6 hours here depending on the experience you want to participate and the number of guests in line.

We finally tasted the famous butterbeer. This I guess is one of the things I like in this tour because you can bring home the cup as a souvenir after finishing it. One order is ¥1100 and you can buy it also with popcorn for ¥1700, I spent ¥2800 for two butterbeer + popcorn.

My son got interested on the area where they showed how the movie used different kind of stuff to make the sounds come alive. Alam nyo yung parang radyo noon na may mga bote, lata at iba pa, ginamit din nila yun sa movie.

After touring the place, we bought some items to bring home like this chocolate frog and some other things.
