The Most Wais Way to send money for relatives in the province
When I was young, my mom’s way of being able to send money to our province in Tarlac is by asking someone who will go there to bring it with them. I have experienced this when she asked me to give some money to my aunt and since I was just a teenager at that time, I was so afraid that I might lose it because I was just commuting.
It’s a good thing that with today’s technology, we can say goodbye to that horrendous process of sending money to loved ones in the province already. You might be thinking ‘yeah we can already transfer money through online banking if that’s what you are referring to, but no!’ Not all people from the barrios have a bank near them to be able to withdraw money.
Also, some even don’t have the requirements to apply for a bank account, unfortunately, so bank transfer is not an option for most of them.
That’s why I am glad that there are Smart Padala Remittance centers, even in the farthest reaches of the country. Smart Padala by PayMaya is considered the largest domestic remittance network in the Philippines. It reaches even far-flung areas like our barrio, making affordable and convenient remittance services available to Filipinos who don’t have access to traditional banking products or even e-wallets.
If you have a PayMaya account, you can easily transfer money to your loved ones in the province that they can claim at the Smart Padala agent near them. And because Smart Padala covers 92% of the country’s cities and municipalities, you can rest assured that there’s always a Smart Padala agent near your loved one.
How to transfer funds from PayMaya to Smart Padala:
