Ace 43″ Slim Full HD LED Smart TV Black LED-909 from Lazada + Thank You All Home Crew
My sister bought this Ace 43″ Slim Full HD LED Smart TV Black LED-909 for my brother’s family a few days ago. I didn’t know about their plan to purchase one until the time the item was already delivered to my sister-in-law’s house (which is a few blocks away from ours). They needed help in setting it up so they called me and my husband for help.
It was delivered covered with bubble wrap.
Upon opening, we noticed that the screen of the TV was broken. Arggh!
I was mad because, the rules of Lazada for return and replacement is that you need to bring it to the nearest LBC branch in your area. We don’t have a car and it was raining that day so imagine the hassle this would cost us.
Thankfully there’s an LBC branch in All Home at Vista Mall and that’s where the drop off point of our subdivision’s shuttle. My sister-in-law and I brought it there after we’ve got the Return code from my sister.
It was delivered with JUST bubble wrap, but when we arrived at LBC, they won’t accept it if we will not cover it with a wooden pallet.
Gosh! it was hard for us to bring it there already and the thought of bringing it back to the house makes me furious (plus where and who’s going to make a pallet for that).
What saved me from this disaster was the thought of having All Home nearby. I left my sister-in-law at LBC and I went to All Home to ask for the crew if it’s possible if they could make a pallet for the TV. I’m so happy that they said yes because they have tools that they can use to do it.
I bought the materials and they did it. Gosh! I can’t thank them enough. Of course I paid for the service (they did not asked me for an exact amount), but I based it on what I thought was right.
That’s the benefit of being “matanong”, “malakas ang loob” at “mautak”. It saves us time and energy.
When they brought it back at LBC, the LBC crew confirmed it to his supervisor if it’s okay to accept it na (yes ganyan sila ka sigurista). Thankfully the supervisor said yes.
After 5 days, Lazada replaced the unit. This time, the LBC courier was the one who delivered it. I told my sister-in-law that when they delivered it, she should ask them to open it to be sure it’s okay. But she said that LBC refused to do it because they still have a lot of other deliveries that day. I thought that they will deliver it using the same pallet that we’ve used, but unfortunately the unit is again just covered with bubble wrap.
Luckily, when we opened and tried it today, everything seems fine. I hope that it will not get broken sooner than expected.
LESSON WE LEARNED FROM THIS EXPERIENCE?
1. Buying online is so convenient, yes it can save you time, energy and money BUT there are items that’s better to be bought at stores so that you can test it personally and check the quality like for appliances or gadgets. Especially if the cost is above 5,000 php
2. Always read reviews first and feedback from other buyers before buying an item.

Grabe..mapapamura kana lang talaga..okay sana yung umorder kana lang para less hassle pero kung ganyan naman bibigyan ka ng sirang item di bale na lang dahil walang kasiguraduhan kung okay ba yung inorder mo..mas okay na maglaan na lang ng time para mamili sa mga appliances store..hehehe 😊😊😊

Nakakaibit ng ulo at doble gastos. Akala mo naka less hassle kna. Kaya ayaw din ni husband nabili online. Madami din kasing di marunong na seller. Basta basta nlng magrelease ng item. Buti naman napalitan 🙂
