I would admit that there are times that I have been preoccupied with too many household chores, to name some such as laundry, dirty dishes, etc. Most of you knew me as energetic, but sometimes, I feel exhausted too. With all the chores in front of me, there are times I experienced that my brain is not functioning. Good thing that there are ways to boost my energy and to keep back on track, I make a list of the things that are helping me and might be helpful to you also.
1. Yoga
First thing first, whenever I got a chance, I make time to do yoga. Before you fix your energy, you have to set your mood and be calm as much as you can. One of the culprits why we get easily tired because our mind is cluttered and preoccupied. Doing Yoga, you can quickly ease your mind and focus on the things you need to do. You may want to take Modafinil too, it is for sharpness and healthy brain. Modafinil is an incredible brain enhancer with unmatched benefits. It is however important to stick to the dosage guidelines by taking the required dosage as prescribed. It is also prudent that, no matter how inconveniencing it can be, you seek a doctor’s prescription before buying the drug. You might be suffering from other conditions that may react with the medicine. However, studies have ascertained that there are very lower risks of using Modafinil with rare cases of serious side effects.
2. Reading self-help books
Who doesn’t love books? Aside from relaxing, it is also a great way to divert your attention. An hour or two will not induce pain on your routine, take a breather and read your most favorite book.
3. Shopping
Well, nothing beats shopping but make sure not to go impulse shopping or overspending. You can hit the grocery when you are tired; it is a great way to have me-time. Even grocery time can help you relax, buy your favorite ice cream and indulge for a moment.
4. Unwinding
What makes you rest? An hour in the spa, movie date, drinking with your partner, a vacation, or just star-glazing? Discover what makes you feel so relaxed and do it once in a while. Make it a habit of unwinding and distressing so your cup will be empty again. It is good if you have a partner who listens to your sentiments and helps you cope up with motherhood struggles. Involved your partner in your unwinding and relax together.
5. Healthy eating
Most moms settled for stress eating, this is a no-no since as a mom, we have to be healthy in our way. Choose foods that are healthy, hydrating, and sometimes, you can go ahead and have a cheat day.
