McDonald’s McCelebrations Birthday Party Review
Last Sunday, my son celebrated his 10th Birthday. We decided to throw a simple get together with his previous classmates because they’ve been with him for 3 to 4 years and they shared a lot of roller coaster rides together. We always throw a party at school with them but since we transferred to a new one, we can’t do that anymore.
That’s why we decided to have a McDonalds Mc Celebrations Birthday Party.
They have 4 themes to choose from:
- Ronald and the Gang
- Adventure Time
- Ben10
- Winx
I asked Ren if he wants Ben10 ’cause it rhymes with his name and he’s 10 hehehehe, but he likes an Olympic Theme Party so we decided to just choose the Ronald and the Gang theme.
Here are the food package that you can choose from:
We’ve chosen Food Mix 2 for adults and Food Mix 3 for kids. I asked them if I can just avail of the 10 minimum requirements for this package and then just add food based on the regular price since we don’t need a lot of the party freebies such as party hats and activity mats but they said that it’s not allowed.

Since we have a Happy Meal in our food package, the toys inside will depend on what is available. In our case, even though the Yo-Kai Watch and Sanrio is the latest happy meal toys, what they put inside was left over Minion toys last July. Yes we’re updated because Ren always do happy meal toy reviews in his YouTube channel.
Here are the prizes for the games:
The time allotted per party was 1 and half up to two hours. I prepared 4-5 games for kids and they included 2 games for adults.
A mascot appearance was also included in the package.
Overall, Ren told me that he had fun and he keeps on saying “thank you mom for giving me the best party ever”…
priceless.
Oh by the way, you can also get a FREE Ronald and the Gang Bubblehead Gift Set, but unfortunately it was not given to us last Sunday because the Evia Lifestyle McDonald’s branch has no stocks of it yet. I will just return to get it next time.

you can have your own games and cakes but I’m not sure if you can totally decorate the area with your own theme. Sa’min kasi Mcdo ang theme na kinuha namin then nagdagdag na lang kami para sa theme na gusto namin (plus hindi sya character, sports sya). Ang alam ko kasi pwede sila mademanda pag gumamit ng character as a theme.

the 2,000 party fee includes the invitations, balloons, mascots etc.

I bought the cake in a different store. Price ranges from 1000-2000 (depends on the style/design)

Also, why you prepared 4-5 games for kids? Do you think it is better that I will prepare the games too?
I prepared our own games because we want it related to the theme. It’s up to you if you want to make your own po.
So timely! I’m throwing a Mcdo party for my son too with the same theme. For the food mix, I was allowed to create my own food mix since it comes out cheaper but I will no longer get the loot bag that comes with the party food mix. It was fine since the theme comes with its own giveaway
Anyway. Question: what’s in the red bag that comes with the food mix? π

good for you that they allowed you to do that. The bag includes a notebook and activity sheets.
