How to Choose the Right Car for you and your Family

We’ve been car less for more than a decade now. I wanted to get one but we decided to invest in a new house and lot first than a car. But since we moved into this new house I felt that it’s better to have one to bring and fetch my son at school and because we can’t depend on the neighbors in case there would be an emergency at the middle of the night and we need to go to hospital (which I hope won’t happen).

I am familiar with almost all the car brands and designs because I do research and car comparisons most of the time. If budget is not a problem I would buy my dream car which is a H3 Hummer. I love zombie movies and I feel that we’ll be safe with this car hahaha.

But since I have a budget to consider, I am considering a sedan like Toyota Vios or a small SUV like Ford Ecosport or Toyota Avanza.

Through researching I have found out this site called Cars.com which is a great resource for anything cars. The problem with other websites that I have visited was they filter comments especially the negative ones. In cars.com they do not sugar coat or hide bad reviews of the cars. They publish if something is poorly rated, hasn’t performed well or not a good purchase for your money. That’s why I highly recommend to check them first before going anywhere else to save you time. Their website has a huge selection of information that will provide you with everything you need to make an informed purchase. They provide extensive reviews and essential information about a wide variety of different cars.

If you want to see the cars physically, of course I advise to go to areas that usually have showrooms of each brands nearby. Get inside the car, feel it, test drive it and examine every small details. Bringing a mechanic friend is advisable to check the things you are not familiar with.

Having a friend as a car agent is also an advantage because she/he could recommend a better deal and model for you. As of now I am tutoring a kid with both parents who are both working in a  car company. They’re both telling to get one and they’re both happy to help me and give me good deals in case I decided to get one. Awesome!
