The Thomas Aquinas Institute of Learning School at Buhay na Tubig in Imus Cavite
I went to this school last year, but I forgot to blog about it so I returned again this year. Some of my son’s schoolmates transferred here from CELL and according to them they did not regret transferring here.
The Thomas Aquinas Institute of Learning School offers preschool, complete Elementary, complete High School and Senior High School.
The school is located at Buhay na Tubig in Imus Cavite just besides Citta Italia gate. Upon entering the school premises, you’ll see a digitalized ID system wherein according to the Principal is connected to the kid’s parents mobile phone. Every time the kids enter their ID it will send a text to the parents informing them that their kids are at school already, same thing when they go out.
They can also use the system at their canteen (but unfortunately I was not able to ask how it works).
They have an open area where kids can play or stay and chat with friends during break time.
I like the design of the kids uniform too.Β Here’s a glimpse of their corridor
They only have 3 floors. They accept all nationalities, I even saw some foreign students upon my visit.
Tuition Fee starts from 40,000 and it increases by 500 pesos per level excluding books and uniforms. Class ratio is 25 students per class only. They accept kids with special needs BUT he/she should have a recommendation to attend a regular set up from the Developmental Pediatrician and will pass the school exams and interview.
Only 1 special kid student is allowed per class.
This school is quite far from our location, but based on the reviews of the mommies I know who are enrolled here, we are considering this school too.

Hello, Ma’am Levy:
My son is Fil-Am and attends Thomas Aquinas. The way the canteen works is students go to the second-floor office at the corner of the stairwell and long hallway, and there they pay cash in exchange for slips of paper with peso denominations written on them (think of them as paper tokens). The idea is similar to Tom’s World. A person goes to a kiosk and trades cash for Tom’s World tokens which are used in the machines. In the case of the canteen, a child might pay 50 pesos for a 50 peso token. The children present these tokens in exchange for food at the canteen. This way the cash can be managed and monitored at the office instead of by the food service workers at the canteen.

Hi, Mommy Levy. I know this is a stupid question, it’s just that first time ko ‘to π Single and young mom here. If tuition fee ranges from 40K and above, how much should I expect if I’ll go with monthly payment? My son is 4yo turning 5 this April and I have been home-schooling him since 3. π
Mommy Levy says
schools usually ask for a certain amount upon enrollment, in this school they ask for around 14-15K, then they will add a minimal interest for installment then divide the remaining amount to 10 months
Alma says
Hi Ms Alex,
Say you enroll at 14,500 your balance is 26,500 which is I think payable from July-feb if I’m not mistaken. If you will pay for a monthly basis, you will have and interest of around 1k which is not bad. Estimated of 3400-3500 monthly. Hope this will help:-)
regards,
Alma
