HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3700: All-in-one Printer review
I received a HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3700 printer a few weeks ago, and finally I was able to open and test it this weekend. Ren’s final exams is coming, making and printing reviewers for him is one of my jobs. This is the last quarter and I’m hoping that he’ll be able to get a fair result on all his exams (oh! God help us). Our old HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2010 printer is still functioning but I forgot to buy an ink so I’m thankful we have a new one PLUS it’s wireless. I don’t need to connect it to my laptop. Ang saya!
The HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3700 is said to be the world’s smallest all-in-one printer. Yes it’s not just a simple printer, it’s also a scanner and photocopier. It only cost P4,000 and it is a perfect printer for those who have a small office or living space like us. It comes in three colours — Electric Blue (3775), Sea Grass Green (3776) and Cardinal Red (3777).
We received the electric blue color.
This compact printer can be controlled by a mobile application. It has recently been named as one of TIME magazine’s 50 most influential gadgets of all time.

I will not bore you to with it’s specs (let the Tech bloggers do it for you), I’ll just tell you why I love this small yet amazing printer.
- The printer offers wireless printing which is available on iOS, Android, and Windows phones. Just download the HP All-in-One Printer remote on Google Play store.
- Easy to setup, perfect for non-techy moms like me.
- This printer can print, scan or copy from a computer, smartphone or tablet.
- This HP printer is capable of printing seven pages per minute. It can print 480 pages from a single cartridge.
- It’s compact so it saves a lot of space.
- Affordable – The printer’s SRP is more or less around P4,000 plus the cartridges can be purchased for P420 only.
I suggest to include this in your things to buy before the next school year. With the HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3700 printer right at home, you can easily print assignments and school projects any time, even at the last minute, to help kids excel in their schoolwork with A+ quality print.

Hi po Mommy Levy can this printer scan and photocopy an ID card?

ok po thanks
kaya nito magcopy ng legal size?
yes
nice post
Hi. I’m planning to buy this printer. Is it ink consuming? How do you refill this printer’s ink, do you buy the HP cartridge or have you tried refilling it thru cheaper ink stations? Thanks
we always buy the original cartridge
I love that it’s so small and that it’s wireless! I really need that now as I’m trying to declutter my desk to have more space for writing and working.
We have the same printer and we love the wireless feature of the printer kasi mahilig kaming maglipat lipat ng gamit.
Affordable and reliable. It’s a must-buy item for this incoming school year.
Glad to know that it’s now on easy set up. Had a hard time with our Ink Advantage two years ago and would always need Jay to come home and fix it for me. I got a more dumbed down type of printer now, for convenience hehe.
I am an HP printer user and so far it is still serving me very well for the past 5 years. But this new one is pretty compact- anyway I would buy HP again if ever this one gives out on me.
I recently bought a printer and yes, it’s HP. Been a loyal user since high school days 🙂
Super affordable! I think we will be needing one once Bunny starts to go to school!
Php4,000 is quite affordable for this multi-functional equipment. Every single home with students must have this for the kids’ school projects.
Impressive! Seems like a real good investment at p4000. And love the colors. Brightens the day. Ihihi.
My kids are having the time of their lives using our own HP wireless printer, so much so that my youngest seem to be maximizing its use.
I love the this HP deskjet printer!! So convenient!
Ahh so nice! Time to replace our old HP printers!
Ang small nga nya kasi nabuhat ni Ren and he was able to smile pa. Plus, it’s so nice to know na pwede ang wireless printing sa HP printer na yan. Parang wow, kahit from your smartphone pwede ka na makapag-print!
ang gaan lang nya 🙂
We were given this printer for review too and loving it so far. Super love that it’s such a space saver.
I have always been an HP user. 🙂 Very reliable. This one has great specs ha. Lot’s of functions. Plus pa ang mobile app control. We’re thinking of getting one kasi I’m saving up printed homeschool activities for our son.
Gusto ko yung Red mare, loyal HP user too!
I have an HP printer which is quite old but still in very good working condition. But i plan to upgrade soon. This seems to be a good choice tho..
Wow! Definitely in my to-buy list this coming school year, looks like good value. 🙂
I like the colors of this model.
Woah, impressive! I already have a Brother laser printer, and it’s nice and reliable to have because I don’t need to worry about changing inks and refills. But I think I’ll also need this one haha!
Wow, I wish I would also receive one! 😉 Although our printer (different brand) is really good, it only allows wireless printing from a smart phone or tablet, but not from a laptop. That model would really save me time and the hassle of going to my daughters’ room just to print something from my laptop.
Wow, I’m impressed! It’s compact and wireless. I’m actually waiting for that time when everything will go wireless, ang hirap lang kasi kapag puro wires sa bahay, hassle! I enjoyed watching the unboxing video. Will consider this when we plan to buy another printer. 🙂
I have the 3635 model, and so far, so good! 🙂
Wow, very affordable! I think I need to look into this as my son will be entering Kinder na and hello, worksheets! Also for my plannering needs hehe! I hope the inks are not too expensive!
I think we have the same printer at home and all I can say is it’s super high performing! Now, I don’t experience the hassles of printing!! <3 Plus, HP has always been reliable and I will always vouch for it 🙂
I love unboxing videos! Parang ako ang naeexcite! 😉 That’s a very cool printer considering that it’s very lightweight, space saver, and affordable 🙂
A realiable printer is a must if you have school kids at home. This seems like a good investment at P4000 given the features.
Ang saya ng wireless printer noh? That is one of the reasons why we replaced our old printer even it is still working pa.
