When Cutting Hair becomes a task
On the first day of this month, our family was scheduled to have our passport at DFA Alabang. It is the same day of Ren’s recognition day.
A few days before that, I asked my dear long haired husband if he can cut his hair for his passport. I think DFA doesn’t care about what you look, but I used it to make him cut his hair.
They said that if you love someone support them on the things they want, yes I love him with all my heart and I support his every endeavor but physically I prefer his hair short. I know he feel the same way with me, he prefers that I have long hair.
I was happy he agreed.
I love GQ Barber shop here in SM Molino, but we don’t have time to go there that day so I decided to just have their hair cut at Alabang Town Center.
I don’t know where and what are the barber shops in this place so we entered the first one that we saw. I regret not looking for others after it.
Well, in fairness to them they did a nice job with my son and husband’s hair, but there I heard some “tsk” from Ren’s barber when he tries to move. Well, I expected that from a barber shop you would find on the streets, but not the ones who I paid more to do their job. I expect them to be more patient with their customers.
Also, I always use my son’s PWD ID when he get his hair done in GQ and other shops, I was surprised that this barber shop didn’t accept it. The cashier told me that they don’t HONOR it. Wow!
I just let it go because we were in a hurry.
But we will not go back there, never again.
My husband looks more handsome with his newly cut hair hehe
