Things to Pay, Check and Accomplish this January
Maybe by now you’re done listing all the things you wanted and promised to do for this new year. It’s fun to write down dreams right?
After the list of dreams, here comes the reality. This may not bring a smile to your face. Today, I will breakdown some things to Pay, Check and Accomplish for January for you responsible moms and dads out there.
To give you an idea, I’ll show you my list:
Last year, Manila Mayor Erap Estrada declared a tax amnesty for properties under the City of Manila. I’m so happy he did this because we have unpaid balance since we transferred here in Cavite. My brother-in-law helped us to fix it before the due date last December 31, 2015. If your area has the same program, take advantage of it kasi sayang ang penalty and interests.
Here in Cavite, I am planning to pay for our real estate property tax for the whole 2016 before January ends to be able to get the 20% discount.
If you are the breadwinner of the family, you should consider to have an annual or executive check up at the start of the year. This will help you detect early signs of disease. It’s scary to go for a check-up I know, but if we love our family we need to do it.
Getting a Life and health insurance is also a necessity. You just need to find a financial adviser that will help you find the best package that will suit you.
This year, we are dreaming to go abroad (woohoo). We’ve never had the chance to get out of this country and that is one of the things we want to accomplish habang kaya pa namin maglakbay. That’s why getting passports and other required documents are also included on my list.
If you have the budget now, you can also include planning for your next family getaway. Take advantage of airlines promos. Follow and stalk them to get the latest promos and discounts.
That’s it. I hope I was able to help you plan for your own checklist this month.

So many plans and obligations. I also keep track with a personal planner that I’ve created to my liking. We’re also hoping to getaway. Hopefully we both get to!

OMG, I forgot about our passports! I really really need to renew my passport and apply for my kids’. I really learn so much from other moms, grabe. I’m an organized person but when it comes to running the household, I need some upgradeing.

Like you, I also have checklist of bills and things to do for one whole year (divided per month). I printed it in one piece of paper so it would be easy for me to check and cross it out. I always pay our RPT every December to avail the 20% discount.

I also make checklists of our payments. It helps me get an overview of what needs to be paid.
