I’m GLAD I found you!
We’ve been refrigerator-less for more than 5 years. Every time I tell it to others they think that I’m insane, so poor or just out of this world. They feel that in this generation, having a refrigerator is a necessity in every household. Well, I guess for us it’s not. We survived 5 years. Until last December, when a generous person gave us one.
When we didn’t have a ref yet, I usually cook dishes just enough for the 3 of us since we need to finish everything dahil mapapanis lang pag hindi (and I don’t like wasting food). Now, we can shop for frozen food, stock chicken, fish and vegetables. Now ang problem ko naman, hindi na sya ganun ka fresh unlike before na lahat sariwa.
Having a ref saves me from going to the grocery often (which by the way cost more kasi I sometimes buy something not included in the grocery list). That’s one of the disadvantage pala of not having a refrigerator.
But, I’m glad that GLAD have sent some of their products that I can use to store, organize and help make food stay fresh longer.
I have used the Glad Cling Wrap to cover left over fruits. It clings easily so make sure to use it properly.

We used the Glad Storage bag for Ren’s Sandwich baon at school. He did not have a hard time opening it because of it’s extra wide seal.

Insane ka naman talaga kahit hindi ref ang usapan.. JOWK! I love Glad Ziplock and I really use it to store food in the fridge. It’s very durable.

Zipper bags are really helpful in many ways. What’s really good about it can be used anywhere not just with food but can also be used w/ our tiny things inside our bag.
I use this brand too! 🙂 But wait, I still can’t get over the no-ref for five years, I don’t know if I can manage not having one, especially that we have leftover foods (which we re-heat naman the following day)
ziplocks! love it i bring one on my baby bag everyday just incase i need it (you know for storing baby food, take-outs especially pag hindi nauubos ni baby ang food, so i don’t have to finish it all and regret getting fat hehe
Zipper bags are best for my kids baon. I also like the idea of using it to organize legos.

I love Glad because of its durability. I use it to store my breastfeeding paraphernalia when keeping it inside the fridge.

No ref? Wow! That’s a great electricity saver! 🙂 I don’t think I can live without a ref though as we have so many leftovers all the time.
Parang ang hirap ng walang ref lalo samin madalas may lef overs hehe when ours broke down last year akala ko sira na totally buti naayos pa i was relieved! Anyway i like zipper bags might try out Glad when i drop by the supermarket

we couldn’t live without a ref lalo na ang husband ko. I remember his birthday this month, ang wish nya is a new ref (our is more than 10 years old na haha). imagine ako dapat ang magwish non diba. kasi sya ang taga defrost hahaha.
About GLAD, I think I don’t use any other brand when it comes to cling wraps, subok ko na sya when I cook for our family parties.
Love zipper bags! They’re so useful all around the house. We also went without a ref for 2 years but it was very difficult and I find it necessary to have one.
