A visit to The Dining Room at Gourmet Farms
The Dining Room at Gourmet Farms is located at Silang Cavite. We went here last Sunday for Ren’s Science Expo. His topic this 3rd Quarter is about “organic farming”. There are a lot of organic farms at Cavite but we decided to choose this one because it is said to be the first farm to do the organic system. Also their location is more accessible than the other farms.
Anyway, this post is about the restaurant inside the area – The Dining Room.
The Dining Room serves Italian and Mediterranean cuisines. We ordered the following:
This is the Mango Arugula– I like the fresh taste of this dish. It has a mango vinaigrette, nuts and blue cheese too. Unfortunately Ren just ate the mango. He thinks the arugula is quite bitter.
Bolognese Pizza– My son ate 4 pieces of these yummy and one of a kind pizza. He said it tastes just like Italy.
Al Funghi – 2 kinds of mushrooms (shiitake and button) with cream sauce. My husband and I enjoyed this dish very much.
Thank you to Ms. Krishna Lescano for the complimentary drinks. This basil based drink is uniquely refreshing and yummy.
We will definitely go back here to try their other dishes.
Stay tuned for the Gourmet Cafe on my next post.

Hi I was just reading your post abt Pablo’s Cheese tart when I noticed your review about Gourmet Farms. It’s so lovely to see this kind of post about my fave resto <3. The next time you visit I suggest you try their Greek Nachos and Gourmet Pasta (house specialty). And also don't forget to visit their farm. I'm always there whenever the weekend allows me. Hope to see your next post π
PS Look for Carl, he is the best in dining π

It looks so refreshing to be at The Dining Room both for the eyes, the senses and the tummy. It’s a lot fresher there and the organic food is much healthier.
