Lysol To Go for Moms On-The-Go
Five years ago, I decided to leave the corporate world and be a stay at home mom. I was used in going out and talking to different kinds of people. Adjusting from being busy in the corporate world to being a busy homemaker was really hard at first but then I got used to it. But I must confess I can’t stay inside the house for the whole week. I usually go out thrice a week, sometimes everyday. I swear I am really a mom on the go (my previous post was a statement of this).
Being always on the go was one of the reason why I’ve got curious when I received an invite from Lysol. Why is there an on-the-go word on the invitation? Are we going to different places? What does Lysol have to do with the on-the-go term? Those were the questions that was running on my mind, which is why I confirmed my attendance to know what’s in store for us attendees.
Last Thursday, some mommy bloggers were treated to a surprise by Lysol. We met up at Farmacy in Net Lima BGC.Β We were first asked to order whatever we wanted, since I’m quite hungry when I arrived, I ordered the cheesy bacon burger.

After a few minutes, the Black Fleet fetched us.
While cruising the BGC area, Our host, Erica had some ice breaker questions that me and my co-mommy bloggers gamely answered.
One of the questions that I would like to share with you was “How do you prepare for the coming school year?” I answered that as a practical mom I already bought school supplies as early as March because I don’t like falling in line and to get huge discount on the tuition fee, I enrolled Ren as early as November. I will just prepare for Ren’s baon when the school starts.

BTW, since back to school is near, I make sure that my son is always protected. Besides putting mosquito repellent and sunblock before he goes out, I will make Ren bring the Lysol Wipes that he can use to clean his hands or other things that needed to be cleaned.
As what they say, prevention is better than cure, so I try to do whatever I can to make my son safe from germs and viruses that can cause dreaded diseases.

I’m a bit on the fence with Lysol because of an article I read about it being carcinogenic. We’ve been using Lysol for years, but I got a bit scared.

There are so many threats to our health these days that it is wise to take extra precaution like having a compact Lysol ready.

its amazing that Lysol has “wipes” already…It might probably take some time for me to associate Lysol with wipes because I would always thought of this product as something that we spray.

For disinfectant effect or to free anything from harmful bacteria, there are a lot of cleansing product, sterilizing agents I should say. And, of course, Lysol is a brand which noted for an effective disinfectant and killing germs making one’s abode clean and safe for a living.
What a great event by Lysol! I’m pretty sure all the mom bloggers who attended the said event felt special. I agree with you that “prevention is better than cure” that is why I think Lysol on the go is really essential to protect our families from common illnesses. Thanks for sharing this mommy!

It’s really a must to have this at home and outdoor activities. Hygiene is for moms responsibilty to her family.
