Uratex Plant Tour at Cupang Muntinlupa

The Uratex Factory at Muntinlupa is not new to me, it was near from where I live when I was a kid with my mom and siblings.

I am aware that Uratex Matresses have high quality of foams that is why I did not settled for anything less when I got married. I trust Uratex and I only want the best.  A good night sleep is very important to me and my husband. After a day of work, we deserve to have a peaceful undisturbed sleep (whether it’s spent at night or day), and I know that Uratex will provide the comfort that we need.

I know that Uratex foam can last a lifetime with it’s great quality. At hindi ako napahiya, because after 10 years, our first ever Uratex mattress is still with us and it feels like it’s still brand new.

I always want to see how they produce the best quality mattresses available in the market, and I am glad that I was able to visit the Uratex factory with other bloggers last December (yes this is a long overdue post).

From the plant tour, I have witnessed where they (1) put the chemical used in making the foam.

(2) I saw the huge machine where they turn the liquid chemical into a solid foam

(3) the cutting area where they cut the foam and put it into a plastic packaging.

 

(4) the research area and the laboratory where they test the chemicals

and lastly the (5)showroom where they display the finished products.

At the showroom, I saw that they did not only sell mattresses but also monoblocks, sofa sets and food keepers.

I am planning to buy a new set of sofa and I am saving for it.
