The Amazing Philippine Pyromusical Competition at SM Mall of Asia

The Philippine Pyromusical Competition at SM Mall of Asia is now on it’s 6th year, but it was just last Saturday when my family have watched it.

We received an invite from SMDC (Pyromusical co-presenter). We went to their showroom first to see their model rooms (more about this on www.levyousa.com) and after that we went to the VIP area to watch the Pyromusical Competition.

Before, I was thinking that why do you need to pay for watching the Pyromusical competition when you can already see it from a far, but I realized that you cannot see everything if you are far because some of the pyro displays don’t reach the sky. The experience was actually quite overwhelming and you can only appreciate the full beauty of the show when you are nearer.

The VIP area is the best place if you have kids with you because it’s not that crowded and they can see the pyro display even when they are just sitting down.

The VIP area cost P500, but if you want to dine while waiting and watching the pyro display, you may opt to choose the P1,500 Patron ticket which comes with buffet dinner.

We have watched the battle of Mexico’s “Sirius Pyrotechnic” and the Netherlands “Royal Fireworks” . Both did well, but my family agreed that the Netherlands pyro display were way better than Mexico.
