I am trying to go back to old school blogging
While I was browsing my old posts the last time, I have noticed that my articles are funnier then and more personal. Now, with a lot of things on my mind and a lot of things to consider before I decide to click the publish button, I have noticed that my articles are shorter and my words are limited (oh well, I know I have a limited vocabulary but that is not what I mean and I know you get it hahaha).
It saddens me that because of that, I think my readers are expecting MORE from me. I have forgotten the main reason why I started this blog which is to keep my sanity while I am staying/working from home.
The last time I attended an event, I have noticed that there are a lot of Mommy Bloggers (maybe they started blogging last 2011 or 2012), and I don’t know most of them. Last year I declared that I want to know more bloggers because I gained a lot of friends online through blogging but unfortunately, I did not made any moves to get to know those who are new in the mommy blogging community.
The old school blogging for me, means just write what is on your mind, don’t be afraid of criticisms and don’t be too focused on getting traffic and just be what you are.
I will do my best to open up more just like what I was doing before and didn’t consider the Alexa and Page ranking that much.
