Tikoy + Cheese wrapped in Lumpia Wrapper
It is now just a week before the Chinese New Year, but I can’t wait for that day to eat Tikoy anymore. It is because the supermarket in front of the school of my son is selling one and the picture in the tarpaulin is salivating. They are selling Tikoys wrapped in Lumpia Wrapper for P12.50 (but I don’t know how many pieces per order since I did not have the chance to ask).
Instead of buying from them, I decided to create my own today. I added cheese just like what My Mom Friday did in her tikoy last year 2011. The cheese adds creaminess and saltiness to the unflavored Tikoy that I bought.
The result, YUMMY ness!!!!
Want to try it? Just cut the Tikoy into finger-like slices, same thing with the cheese, put them together then wrap them in Lumpia wrapper.
