A Successful Family Day at my son’s school

Congratulations to a successful Family Day celebration of my son’s school.

It happened last Saturday and the kids came in wearing their costumes that represents various countries.   It looks like an early United Nation Celebration.  The kids have performed songs and poems, that entertained the guests and parents.  I am so happy for these kids (feeling ko anak ko silang lahat hahaha)

My son, since he was the tallest boy in the class was assigned to wear a Saudi Arabia costume.  I have checked out some stores that sells United Nation costumes, but unfortunately I can’t find one, so I decided to just do it on my own. I was glad that I have learned basic stitching when I was in Elementary so I successfully created a masterpiece.  Viola!!!

The only problem here was that my son doesn’t want to wear it, ang init naman kasi ng panahon.  But still, he cooperated and wore it (masungit nga lang hahaha).

Kudos to all the parents who made time and effort to go to the said family activity and have provided for their kids wonderful costumes.  I know that they made their kids so happy.
