Mommy Levy and Mommy Pehpot’s Birthday Project
My long time blogger friend Mommy Pehpot during one of our chit chat on Facebook excitedly informed me that she was chosen as one of Pampers Mommy Bloggers and because of that, she planned to have her birthday be celebrated at an orphanage next year. When she brought this up, I was like, wait a minute can I join you? Magkasunod lang kasi birthday namin at gusto ko din tong gawin matagal na. Unfortunately, I feel that I don’t have the capacity to do it alone, so I was very happy that she agreed to include me in this project.
What made me more excited is that she chose an orphanage that is also close to my heart because it is one of the many foundations of the Light of Jesus Family by Bro. Bo Sanchez. I am now a member of The Feast and I am enjoying my stay there.
We are going to celebrate our Birthday Project at the Grace to be Born. It is a place for teenage girls who got pregnant at a very young age, a center for women in crisis and they also help care for abandoned mothers and their infants by providing shelter. They encourage unwed mothers, mostly young girls not to have an abortion; but instead keep the child and decide to raise the baby or give him/her up for adoption.
With regards to this, we are open to any kind of help or donations (in kind or in cash)
- Toiletries for Babies
- Milk for pregnant
- Maternity Clothes for mommies
- Vitamins/Medicines
- Money Donation- for every $20 (or equivalent in pesos) you donate, I will be putting your link on my homepage (and mommy Pehpot’s blog) from the day you send the donation and it will be up until March. Kindly contact me (https://www.facebook.com/levycmartinez or levy.martinez8@gmail.com) for the Paypal address or the bank details.
They also need the following:
- Biscuits
- Vinegar
- Soy Sauce
- Cooking Oil
- Brown Sugar
- Baby foods
For companies and brands, as a way of gratitude, we will also display your banners on our homepage and will also publish a post announcing you as one of our sponsors.
we invite fellow bloggers who are free that day to party with us.
So, this is it, Go na Go na ‘to. I am so excited and I know that this event will be the best birthday that I will have.
