Throwback Thursday: My first ever mommy blogging event

It’s Throwback Thursday once again, and almost everyone on Facebook are joining this meme. I have missed a lot of throwback Thursday memes so this time I thought of why not reminisce my blogging experiences.

This is my first ever blogging event that was organized by Nuffnang.  It was my first time to see the faces of the mommies of the blogs that I always visit and stalk.  Some of them are now my real friends even outside the blogging world.

At that time, only a few companies invite bloggers for a launch or promotion unlike now wherein they see the power of online media, and bloggers are now given the chance to be part of the Press People in event launching.

At that time, attending events is not about loot bags, it is about getting to know the people behind their sites more.

And also at that time, Nuffnang doesn’t have a talent super glitterati yet hahaha
