Get your NSO Certificates in no time with Teleserv
We can’t deny the fact that most mommies are in charge of everything, from budgeting, planning and organizing of our families needs. I know that we have lots of mommy duties that we even forget sometimes to take a day-off and have a “me” time. I believe though that to be more productive and have a happier family, mommies should be healthy and stress free, so why not delegate the task of getting our NSO documents to the experts that will deliver it right on our doorsteps. Instead of falling in a long line and waste the day at NSO offices, we can do other things like going to the salon or have a quality time with our kids.
Teleserv is a call center based services that have changed the way citizens transact with the government. They are the premier citizen service provider in the country. They are already 12 years in this business. Beside the NSO certificates and passport appointment system that they offer, Teleserv also started the call center service of McDonald’s and Max’s, North Park etc.
The other day, yours truly was invited for a Bloggers Brunch at the Harvest Gastro Pub at The Fort. This was the 2nd Blogger’s event held by Teleserv (the first one was a movie date last May 2011).

I have a file of an NSO copy of my family’s record because almost all establishments now only accepts NSO copied certificates to prove it’s authenticity. I have learned from this event that NSO security papers are constantly changing, this special paper bears security features in the form of codes, microtexts, serial numbers, peculiar prints or marks that is tamper-proof in order to preserve the integrity and validity of the documents.
Teleserv Shifts Citizen Services to A Higher Gear this 2012
The NSO Birth Certificate Delivery Helpline has started the trend with the expansion from the reliable hotline (02 7371111) to the expansive reach of the web with www.birthcertificates.com.ph. The new online channel allows applicants to chat on the web regarding their NSO certificate inquiries and requests which ranges from birth, marriage, death, and certificate of no marriage.
Chatting on the web is beneficial to people in the provinces since it is more affordable than long distance calls. The website also offers pages of countless information where people can find answers to frequently asked questions regarding NSO certificates, civil registration guides, and NSO certificate problems.
Another major development for 2012 is the expansion of the Online Payment Channel, where people can pay for their NSO certificate requests online using their credit cards. Safe and secured, the online payment facility is compliant with the PCI-DSS’ strict certifications.
The POEA OEC Balik-Manggagawa Delivery Service has made overseas exit clearance processing a breeze for vacationing OFWs over the years. With the upcoming improvements on the online website www.oecdelivery.com.ph.
OFWs can now find more information and useful tips for their vacation here in the country. The website empowers OFWs to process their OEC without going to the POEA, know the status of their application, check the requirements needed based on the country or jobsite, know the current fees, and check on restricted labor markets.
The DFA Passport Appointment System is geared to expand the passporting experience of every Filipino. A free appointment service that is available via hotline (02) 7371000 and online at www.passport.com.ph, the service optimizes the integrated systems of processing a passport. If I only need one copy of NSO doc. I opted for having it delivered at home, kc mas magastos and time consuming kung ako pa pupunta sa NSO office, same din gastos. for food and fare. this is very practical na din. π

I didn’t know about this a few years ago. Good thing my MIL went to NSO office to get a copy of their marriage contract. Nakisabay na lang kami, hehe. Now I know there’s an easier way of getting my birth certificate.

Being a mom and a full-time employee, I don’t have the luxury of time to wait in long lines to get important documents. I got my son’s NSO birth certificate from Teleserv, too, and that saved me a lot of time!
