No more falling in line getting certificates with Teleserv Citizen Service!
Do you know who are the people behind the website you can count on when you are in need of NSO Birth Certificates, Marriage Contracts, CENOMARs (Certificate of No Marriage) and DFA Passport Appointment System services among others? It is no other than Teleserv also known as Citizen Service.
They provide online and telephone services so that busy people like us can get our government documents at the comfort of our home. Also, you can have a choice to pay for these documents using secure online transactions via your credit card. I just wish that they can also include Paypal on the list of payment options in the future since for me it’s safer than providing my credit card information.
Having this online service is very convenient compared to going out in a hot sunny day and falling in line at the Government offices. The price of getting this documents is of course higher than usual but it is quite reasonable since you can do more things than getting it yourself. Remember Government offices are open every weekdays only so if you are a working person you must take a vacation leave for the whole day just to get it and I think it will cost you more by doing so. Vacation leave is for relaxing and you should spend it with your loved ones or going to the spa and salon and not spend it while waiting for your turn in a very long line isn’t it?
I also hope they will include SSS I.D appointments here in the near future.
I got to know all these things because last Wednesday May 4, Teleserv invited bloggers to watch the premiere of the action packed movie entitled Fast Five (the part five of Fast and Furious movies) starring Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Dwayne Johnson among others at Gateway’s Cinema 4.

Buti nalang. π We have lots of copies of birth certificate at home incase it’s immediately needed. With this, we do not need a lot of back up copies. :))
I was at the event too. i enjoyed the night and i like the idea of teleserv’s idea in serving Filipino citizens
I actually just got my daughter’s birth certificate over the phone for enrollment purposes. It was really hassle-free. I was trying their chat support but I never got in. The chat session just got stuck in “Please wait” mode. Maybe it’s just my computer or something. >_< But I'm still glad they have the phone service.
I always get birth certificates online and hassle free talaga. Sana nga pati SSS I.D. online na rin. π
