Going back to nature and being away from gadgets for a day

The month of December is supposed to be a cold and breezy month, but unfortunately, it’s not happening anymore because of the climate change.  Here at Cavite, there are times that it is windy but still it feels hot compared to the past Christmas season. We were also yearning to have an escape from our stressful and busy lives and to have Ren have more fun outdoors and not just sit and watch on the tv / computer most of the time.

I am thrilled that last Monday, my family and I had the chance to visit this wonderful place in Tagaytay (Nurture Spa Village). I have reviewed this place at my personal blog- click HERE to read more

We arrived there at 4pm, and since it was still sunny that time, we immediately changed to our swim wears and head over to the swimming pool (I know we can’t do this in the morning the next day, so we took advantage of the opportunity that it still not that cold).  I am glad that there are few people who checked in that time so we have the small pool all for ourselves.

Around 5pm, we already felt the cold breeze on our skin, so we stopped already and changed clothes. My son and I had a bonding time at our small Nipa Hut room while daddy was having his full body massage.

The next day after our breakfast, we strolled around the place and just enjoyed the fresh air, the green surroundings and the cold breeze that we can get from this wonderful place.

Our Ren is so shy and doesn’t want his picture taken hahaha

He’s fixing a few stones (it’s because it fell off)  :)
Hubby and I let Ren play around and just have some fun.

I envy those near this place because I think that they feel December almost everyday.  Hope we can have another trip like this one.

Note: Thanks to Shell for making this memorable trip possible :)
