My Baby Planet Store: A One Stop Shop for Everything Baby
I have this notion that millennial moms are luckier nowadays. Internet is more accessible now and they can do research right away for stuff they don’t know. There are a lot of groups in Facebook or forums that talk about personal experiences related to raising kids. Reading these experiences, makes a new mom more knowledgeable in handlingย their own kids. One of mommies’ favorite topics is choosing what item or which brand to use for their little ones. Let’s admit, word of mouth can influence our decision in buying items to use.
I noticed that there are now a lot of products to choose from compared before, which I think are beneficial for customers because companies will create or make better products (believe me, I have worked in the retail industry).
The only problem I found is that most of the items mentioned in the forums are not usually available in your favorite supermarkets. Most of it are only available in high end stores and or online.
I remember a co-mommy who bought a lot of insect repellents for her kids and decided to sell some of it to mommy friends because she wanted to take advantage of the free delivery (kasi may minimum amount). The problem is, what if you wont be able to sell those products? e di sayang lang kung di mo magagamit tapos pag na-expire, lugi ka!
That’s why My Baby Planet, A One Stop Shop for Everything Baby is an awesome idea for a concept store. You can get a piece of powder without paying extra for a shipping fee.
What I like about physical stores is that you’ll be able to touch and even try the items first before putting it in your cart which is not the same if you’ll do it online.ย Shopping in a real store also gives customers the opportunity to really inspect the merchandise they buy for quality.
Last Sunday, I got an invite to attend My Baby Planet’s grand opening.
I got the chance to see what the store looks like plus the wide variety of items they cater.
Upon entering, I noticed that this is not any ordinary store. The beautifully crafted chandelier will welcome you atย the front door.
They offer products under these categories: Baby Care | Cleaning Supplies | Feeding & Nursing | Feeding Accessories | Infant Furniture | Linen | Mother Essentials | Nursing Moms | Pharmacy
Take a peek of the items available inside theย store
They even have a changing area and a breastfeeding area for mommies with their baby’s on tow.
Thank you so much people for making life easier for moms out there ๐
