DOVE: Real Beauty is not only one type. It is universal!
I received a package from Dove a few days ago. It consist of various Dove products and some personalized stuff.
#realbeauty #dovephIt came with a letter stating that Dove believes every woman should celebrate her real beauty.
I remembered when my son Ren was still in preschool they studied opposite words. One of the words that he asked me was the opposite of the word beautiful, I said โuglyโ. His follow up question was, can you give me an example of ugly? I know in my heart I canโt pin point people and base my judgement in physical appearance. As a certified zombie movies/TV series lover, I got an idea to tell him that zombies are a great example of ugly people because they donโt know what theyโre doing and they eat others.
I believe that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, which means beauty cannot be judged objectively.
Iโm glad that DOVE made an empowering campaign to showcase that Real Beauty is not only one type. It is universal.
