Breville at World Food Expo (WOFEX) 2016

Breville the Top Australian kitchen appliance was one of the major sponsors of this year’s World Food Expo (WOFEX) at SMX Convention Center in Mall of Asia.

Breville have showcased its magnificent kitchen products like the Kinetix Control™ Superstar Blenders, Smart Oven™, the Froojie Fountain Pro™ and the Scraper Mixer Pro™.  in partnership with some of the most notable names in the culinary world such as Chef Chele Gonzales, Chef Louise Mabulo, Master Latte Artist Dave Dource, Chef Edward Mateo, and Chef Philip Golding.

They have demonstrated and highlighted the functional capabilities of these trusted kitchen devices in two venues: the WOFEX Kitchen Theater and the Breville Booth at the SMX Convention Center.

I was there on the 3rd day of the event (August 5). I arrived around 11am because I want to watch the 12pm presentation of  Chef Philip John Golding at the WOFEX Kitchen Theater.

The presentation was entitled “The Art of Fish to Fork Dining: Learn ocean-friendly cuisines from the expert”. Chef Golding together with some Chef from The Penthouse tackled more on the Sustainable Seafood Movement to focus on seafood and local fish. They have showcased the multiple use of Breville  Multi-Chef™ .

They have cooked the following dishes.

After the demonstration, they gave out samples to the audience so that they could try it too. I wish the recipe was given too because I love the taste of these dishes.
